MONEY BACK / ADVANCED PAYMENT

Complying with the policies, Servitour Chile will only refund money under the following modalities:

48 hours before the pick up confirmed in service voucher, 100% refund
24 hours before the pick up confirmed in service voucher, 50% refund
12 hours before the pick up confirmed in service voucher, 30% refund

With no less than 12 hours, no refund will be made.

To make the money back effective, the client must notify Servitour Chile, within the indicated period, by email addressed to Finanzas@servitour.cl

NO SHOW CHARGES
In case of not showing up for the booked tour, without prior notice, Servitour Chile will NOT refund money.
